Confirm who is ordering
For every order, residents complete an Emirates ID front-and-back check with liveness and face matching. Visitors complete a passport, boarding-pass and face check in Didit’s hosted secure window.

Reserve the current price
The server recalculates the order using a quote rechecked every 10 seconds. If it reaches 60 seconds old, reservations pause until a fresh quote arrives.

The store checks availability
The selected vendor receives the reservation and confirms that the exact item is ready. Your price lock lasts 10 minutes.
- Complete6
Pay and receive your gold
Choose direct payment to the seller, or secure online checkout when the regulated marketplace payment partner is connected. The vendor remains seller of record and provides the invoice and product documents.
